IAGE is an association of companies that work with young people: schoolchildren, university, and college students, young professionals, helping them in their professional development and involvement in the world of work. The association serves as a platform for the exchange of experience, resources, and best practices among youth-oriented organisations.
In the modern world, attracting and retaining young professionals is becoming increasingly challenging. Companies are faced with the fact that the zoomer generation requires a completely different approach. Under these circumstances, it was simply necessary to create a platform where companies could learn from the best global experiences in the field of working with young people and establish effective outreach to the Zoomer generation in a community of like-minded people. This is how the IAGE association stemmed from.
